Avanii Outdoor offers FREE SHIPPING on orders above $300 to the following countries (bulky/heavy items such as roof top tents, awnings, solar panels excluded and may incur additional shipping fees):

  • Italy
  • Germany

If you wish to make a purchase from any other countries, please get in touch with our friendly staff so they can advise you on your purchase and shipping options. 

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

SHIPPING TIMES:

Our goal at Avanii Outdoor is to ensure customer experience is to the highest of standards for all interactions with our business. To guarantee that our customer experience is positive, our shipping time frames are broken up into two parts for your convenience - Order Processing & Shipping

 

AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC SHIPPING TIMES:

Order Processing: Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order. We will fulfill your order as soon as possible!

Standard (Untracked) Shipping: Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please expect shipping times from anywhere between 10-14 business days for Australia wide shipping*. Please note that standard shipping is untracked.

Express (Tracked) Shipping Time: Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please expect shipping times from anywhere between 2-5 business days for Australia wide shipping*.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMES:

International Shipping: Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please expect shipping times from anywhere between 4 - 18 business days for all international shipments*. All shipments will have a tracking number attached. 

International Express Shipping: Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please expect shipping times from anywhere between 2 - 7 business days for all international express shipments*. All shipments will have a tracking number attached. 

 

SHIPPING FROM:

To try to speed up shipping times, we hold stock in various locations. Depending on your location, products may be sent from our Australia, USA or China warehouse locations depending on a number of factors, including product selection and availability of stock at the time of your purchase.
